 PENDULUM


Pendulum conveyor is used to receive preliminary mat from fiber collection machine. Preliminary mat is then sent to swing belt by two belt conveyor. By the back and forth of swing belt, preliminary mat is made into multilayer blanket on the forming conveyor. Pendulum is consisted with two belt conveyors, one swing belt, one swing structure, and pendulum platform. Adjust mat width by adjusting swing device speed.

 FORMING CHAMBER


(1)Function

 

Drum type fiber collection machine sucks fiber from fiber forming system by exhaust fan. The fiber is settled on the net surface of drum type fiber collection machine uniformly, then forms first felt. Then by fiber lifting system, send first felt into pendulum system.

 

(2)Structure

 

Drum type fiber collection machine is mainly consisted with frame, fiber collection tank with water cooling and shot baffle, halftone, hallow shaft, slewing bearing, brush roll, shot roll, four set spiral conveyor, inner and outer scraper conveyor, moving washing hydraulic giant, fiber lifting system and high pressure air blowing system etc.

 CUPOLA FURNACE


Made by boiler plate with thickness of 18mm; diameter 1600 mm;
Twenty one combustion tuyeres;
Equipped with raw material dispersing apparatus on the top of feeder nose;
Melting temperature: 1600℃;
Productivity: maximum 6 t/h.

 

Cupola

(1)Function

Used for raw material melting.

(2)Structure

Cupola is consisted with furnace body with water cooling jacket, furnace bottom door and hydraulic opening device, furnace bottom iron notch and hydraulic opening device, air blowing mouth and vane, siphon mouth, upper furnace body, feeding mouth, hydraulic pressure station, material level meter etc.

 

The main advantages of the cupola furnace are:
•Possibility of switch off / on in a short time;
•Reduced costs and easy maintenance;
•Ability to recycle waste of the production line turning it into briquettes;
•High operating flexibility.


 PACKING MACHINE



The packaging unit is the final part of rockwool production line. The production process finishes with the packaging of the material.

Hairui proposes different packaging systems to meet the needs expressed by the customers.

At the stacker discharge the packs are automatically wrapped in polythene and thermoshrinked.

 

During the packaging the packs, depending on the density, can be compressed, reducing its volume, so reducing the transportation costs.



 CURING OVEN HEATING CHAMBER



Curing oven

 

(1)Function

 

Curing oven conveys and press un-cured felts, and dries the felts with hot air at the same time, which cure the binder in the felts and form product with certain thickness.

 

(2)Structure

 

Curing oven main body is consisted with upper and down conveyor belts. Upper conveyor belt can adjust the distance to down conveyor by lifting device.

 

Inner curing oven has multi air bellows, which improve curing efficiency.

 

Main drive of curing oven is consisted with two drive systems, which are used to drive up and down conveyor separately.

 

To clean residual on the conveyor belt, cleaning devices with brush rolls are set at the up and down mouth.

 

 

Considering thermal expansion of curing oven, curing oven main body is installed on the foundation shim plat, and can freely expand. Chain lubrication uses fixed point oil injection type.

 PRESSING MACHINE



Pressing machine

 

(1)Function 

Used to press secondary felt from pleating machine further, and send it into curing oven.

 

(2)Structure  

Pressing machine is consisted with one fixed down roller bed and one lifting up roller bed. According to the product requirements, up and down roller beds are driven separately. Pressing machine can move sideways integrally and have lock device, which are used to move sideways and get space when maintaining.



 CNC FLYING SAW





When the tube coming out of the fixed-diameter part of the CNC flying saw moves forward at the speed of the welding pipe, the speed measuring device of the CNC flying saw enters the flying saw car. The cutting is carried out in motion. 


The cutting units are used to complete the production process, cutting product to the requested size. The cutting units generally include the following groups:

 

•Cutting and trimming of the lateral edges

•Longitudinal slitting unit

•Thickness band saw

•Cross-cutting unit







 SLIT CUTTING CONVEYOR




Slit/Longitudinal cutting conveyor

 

(1)Function

 

Used to cut and trim lengthwise and complete product conveying.

 

(2)Structure

 

Length cutting conveyor is mainly consisted with following parts:

 

Conveyor roller bed: include frame, roll, dust collection tank and drive parts.

 

Length cutting saw: two sets, one for use, one for backup. Each set has 3 saws, and each saw has independent drive device and dust collection device.

 

 

Operation platform: to adjust and change length cutting saw conveniently, steel platform is set between two length cutting saws.



 CRIMPING MACHINE


According to the product requirement, crimping machine compresses secondary mat longitudinally, which improves product strength.

Crimping machine is consisted with five fixed down roller beds and five lifting upper pressing roller beds. According to the product specification, distance between up and down roller and inlet angle of crimping machine can be adjusted.
